International Awards and Exchanges
Australian Education International strengthens Australia’s relationships with the People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, India, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Europe, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam through the IAE program, by providing awards for leading scholars and researchers of those countries to undertake postgraduate study and/or research in Australia.

Endeavour Scholarships

The Endeavour Programme is an Australian Government initiative, bringing together under the one umbrella all of the Department of Education, Science and Training’s (DEST) international scholarships. Our objective is to establish the Endeavour Awards Programme as a prestigious scholarship programme which would showcase the excellence of Australia’s education, science and training sectors.

The awards enable high-achieving scholars and professionals from around the world to undertake study, research or professional development in Australia and allow Australians to do the same abroad. The benefits of the awards include providing:

• fully-funded and short-term scholarships, research and language teacher training fellowships, student exchanges, professional training awards and a science collaboration fund;
• an international and enriching learning experience;
• accredited global qualifications; and
• global networking opportunities.

The Endeavour Programme offers award opportunities in various regions including Australia, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Europe and North/Latin America. In addition, some of its awards are available to international students worldwide.
